About the role
Midnite is looking for a Workplace Experience & People Coordinator to shape the day‑to‑day experience of staff at its Gibraltar office. Working within the People team, you will ensure the workplace runs smoothly and foster an environment where employees feel welcomed, connected and empowered to do their best work.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day running of the Gibraltar office, keeping it organised, well‑stocked and a great place to work.
- Coordinate workplace operations including office supplies, facilities, suppliers, meeting spaces and maintenance.
- Welcome candidates, visitors and new joiners, creating a professional and memorable first impression.
- Partner with the People Partner to deliver employee experience initiatives, social events and wellbeing activities.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring a smooth experience from day one to the final day.
- Provide day‑to‑day People administration, maintaining accurate employee records and internal communications.
- Coordinate workplace purchasing, suppliers, invoices and procurement in close collaboration with Finance.
- Act as a visible, approachable point of contact, continuously identifying opportunities to improve the workplace and employee experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in workplace coordination, office management, People, HR administration or employee experience.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive ownership, spotting needs and following through without prompting.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Confident written and verbal communication, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve.
- Genuine passion for creating an exceptional workplace and employee experience.
