Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Busuu is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to bring Marketing, Sales and Customer Success together, ensuring the processes and systems that support the customer lifecycle work effectively as one. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will own cross‑functional workflows from lead generation to renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own processes and handoffs across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, including lead progression, nurture, onboarding and renewal.
• Manage the handover of HubSpot from an external agency, document its setup and enable the Marketing team to operate day‑to‑day.
• Define reporting requirements, partner with Decision Intelligence and Finance to align analytics, revenue tracking and operational workflows.
• Maintain Revenue Operations documentation, SOPs and playbooks, train teams and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or Marketing Operations within a SaaS, EdTech or subscription business.
• Strong understanding of how Marketing, Sales and Customer Success work together across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear operational requirements and drive adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence to influence without formal authority.

Required skills

• Practical experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, including workflows, configurations and data flows.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, data validation and business intelligence tools.
• Technical skills such as SQL and familiarity with data warehouses.
