About the role
Medialicious is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to lead multi‑brand acquisition efforts across its global portfolio of fast‑growing social gaming brands. The role is data‑driven, commercially focused, and centered on building and scaling affiliate and influencer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive affiliate outreach strategies across multiple brands and markets.
- Identify and engage new partners through networking and outbound efforts.
- Present compelling value propositions and negotiate CPA‑based commercial terms.
- Research growth opportunities, refine acquisition tactics, and enhance automation in affiliate operations.
- Ensure campaign compliance with media platform and regional advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with the broader acquisition team to share insights and innovations.
- Document best practices, create scalable processes, and monitor affiliate activity to prevent traffic cannibalisation.
Required profile
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, especially in the U.S. market.
- Proven track record managing high‑performing affiliate relationships.
- Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional travel.
