About the role

Taurus Insurance Services is expanding and seeks motivated individuals to join its customer service team in Gibraltar. You will support policyholders, handle enquiries and contribute to a professional, high‑quality service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line assistance to insurance customers via phone and email, addressing queries and processing requests.
• Accurately enter and update customer data, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Strong data‑entry capability.
• Proficient PC and keyboard skills with high accuracy.
