AI Native Startup Manager

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced AI Native Startup Manager to lead its Startup partnership program across Europe. You will work closely with high‑potential startups building on NVIDIA’s accelerated platforms, helping them accelerate time‑to‑production and maximize the value of GPU‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and technically assess promising startups in Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI.
• Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and alignment with NVIDIA technologies such as CUDA, SDKs, and AI frameworks.
• Translate startup feedback into actionable insights for NVIDIA product and platform teams.
• Provide technical enablement, content, and tooling to accelerate adoption of CUDA‑based libraries and GPU‑accelerated pipelines.
• Design and lead technical workshops, briefings, and deep‑dive sessions in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Developer Relations.
• Collaborate with venture capital partners to surface differentiated startups and support portfolio companies with compute and platform strategy.
• Support sell‑to and sell‑with motions alongside NVIDIA sales teams, channel partners, and enterprise customers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in startup accelerators, incubators, technology startups, platform ecosystem development, or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of AI, data science, and high‑performance computing ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build relationships with technical founders and senior executives.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
