Key responsibilities

• Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients from the first enquiry through policy renewal.
• Provide advice and support during claim events, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
• Act as the primary point of contact, answering queries and delivering high‑quality service.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell across multiple lines of insurance.
