Commercial Enablement Lead

About the role

Push Gaming is seeking a Commercial Enablement Lead to design and optimise the processes, systems and tools that drive efficiency across the commercial function. The role will own HubSpot as the central CRM, embed AI solutions, and act as the bridge between commercial teams and technology partners. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and help shape a data‑led culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve commercial processes to eliminate administrative tasks for revenue‑generating staff.
• Own and enhance HubSpot, ensuring it serves as a best‑in‑class, single source of truth for the commercial team.
• Identify, design and roll out AI applications that increase output and reduce manual effort across the function.
• Prioritise the technology roadmap with the Tech team, manage integrations and hold delivery to agreed dates.
• Project‑manage major cross‑functional initiatives such as new market entries, keeping scope, stakeholders and timelines on track.
• Monitor support tickets for commercial systems, escalating issues to keep teams unblocked.
• Develop the Commercial Enablement Executive and grow the function as part of the “Best Team Ever”.
• Enforce disciplined CRM usage, reporting and measurement of process impact.
• Report on efficiency, system performance and AI adoption to the CCO and senior leadership.
