Customer Assistant – Replenishment

About the role

We are looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our store team as Customer Assistants focusing on replenishment. You will work in a fast‑paced, structured environment, supporting various parts of the store to ensure customers can find what they need, when they need it.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain shelf stock levels by replenishing products throughout the store.
• Assist customers with queries and help them locate items.
• Operate store equipment safely and follow all health‑and‑safety processes.
• Support other store areas as needed, following clear routines and timed activities.
• Help keep the shop floor tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach with a customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoys staying active and working hands‑on.
• Thrives in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Passionate about supporting customers and resolving their queries.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
