Customer Assistant – Replenishment

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our store team as Customer Assistants – Replenishment. In a fast‑paced, structured environment, you will help keep shelves stocked and ensure customers can find the products they need, when they need them.

Key responsibilities

• Support various store areas, focusing on replenishment and stock placement.
• Maintain tidy, well‑organized shelves and product displays.
• Assist customers with queries and help locate items.
• Follow health, safety and equipment‑use procedures.
• Participate in timed activities and routine tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly attitude with a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoys staying active and working hands‑on.
• Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Willing to follow processes and use equipment safely.
• Available to work on‑site in a retail setting.
