Head of Client
medialicious · Gibraltar
Job description
About the role
Medialicious is a global growth marketing partner for fast-growing social gaming brands, headquartered in Gibraltar. Its Marketing team uses a channel-agnostic approach with significant budgets and a collaborative, transparent culture. The Head of Client is the single point of accountability for a major client's growth, owning the relationship, the commercial outcome and every brand in the account. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position that directs specialist capacity across UA, Affiliates, SEO, Media and Planning toward measurable, sustained growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full client relationship across all brands, leading the review cadence, managing escalations and being the client's trusted point of accountability.
- Carry the commercial outcome (volume, CPA, ROAS, contribution), set targets with senior leadership and read performance early enough to act.
- Set and sequence priorities across a multi-brand account so no brand is silently deprioritised when specialist capacity is contested.
- Direct cross-functional specialists through outcome-driven briefs, coordinating Channels and Planning without building a parallel team.
- Lead the commercial conversation with clients on budget, scope and contract terms, flagging risks to spend or return early.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client-facing performance marketing or account growth, ideally agency-side, and comfortable as the senior voice in the room.
- Experience owning commercial outcomes directly, including budget conversations, scope negotiation and performance accountability.
- Decisive under competing demands, with a clear instinct for sequencing work across complex, multi-brand accounts.
- A relationship builder trusted by senior client stakeholders, with a track record of growing and protecting accounts.
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a coordinated-capacity model rather than a dedicated team.
Required skills
- Fluent in acquisition economics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, able to engage channel specialists on the numbers and challenge where needed.
- Ability to coordinate specialists without holding headcount.
