Head of Client

About the role

The Head of Client is the single point of accountability for a major client’s growth at Medialicious, overseeing the relationship, commercial outcomes, and all brands within the account. This high‑trust position leads through influence, clarity and commercial instinct without direct team management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full client relationship across every brand, lead review cadence, manage escalations and act as the trusted client advocate.
• Carry commercial outcomes – volume, CPA, ROAS and contribution – set targets with senior leadership and act early on performance signals.
• Set and sequence priorities across a multi‑brand account to ensure balanced attention.
• Direct cross‑functional specialists through outcome‑driven briefs, coordinating channels and planning without building a parallel team.
• Own commercial conversations on budget, scope and contract terms, flagging risks before they become problems.

Required profile

• Proven client‑facing performance marketing or account growth experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Direct ownership of commercial outcomes, comfortable with budget discussions and scope negotiation.
• Fluent in acquisition economics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and able to challenge channel specialists on numbers.
• Influence‑based leadership, coordinating cross‑functional specialists without headcount authority.
• Decisive under competing demands with strong instinct for sequencing work across complex, multi‑brand accounts.
• Relationship builder trusted by senior client stakeholders, with a track record of growing and protecting accounts.
