Key Account Executive

About the role

BVGroup is looking for a Key Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high‑spend, high‑activity players. You will help retain valuable customers, reduce churn and deliver a personalised experience through targeted rewards and proactive account management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio of high‑value players, reviewing daily activity to spot retention opportunities.
• Design and deliver tailored rewards and incentives based on player value and engagement.
• Collaborate with CRM, Compliance, AML, Safer Gambling, Payments and Customer Support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure smooth customer journeys by overseeing operational processes, risk reviews and account checks.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as activity, churn, reward uptake and account closures.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities within the portfolio and escalate as needed.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for decision‑making.
• Contribute ideas to improve player treatment, retention strategies and overall experience.

Required profile

• Good understanding of the online gaming industry, player behaviour and revenue drivers.
• Experience with CRM systems, rewards programmes or player management.
• Comfortable analysing player‑level data, dashboards and performance reports.
• Knowledge of commercial metrics such as NGR, GGR, deposits, bonus cost and churn.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to customer retention.
