Music Agent

About the role

UKNY Music Ltd is seeking a full‑time Music Agent to join its hybrid team in Gibraltar. You will be responsible for discovering talent, booking artists for a variety of events, and nurturing relationships with both clients and performers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with emerging and established music talent.
• Book artists for private parties, corporate events, festivals and other productions.
• Negotiate contracts, manage riders, schedules and logistics for performances.
• Collaborate with event producers, promoters and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prospect new business opportunities and maintain an up‑to‑date artist roster.
• Track market trends and contribute to marketing initiatives that promote events and talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, booking or agency representation within music or entertainment.
• Track record of working with high‑profile artists and their teams.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in music business, entertainment management or events.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, CRM, contract management and online communication.
