About the role

Join Ace Kiosk, a busy lottery kiosk on Gibraltar’s Main Street, as a part‑time Sales Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them purchase lottery tickets and related products in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer basic questions about lottery products.
• Process ticket sales and handle cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Verify customer age where required and issue receipts.
• Monitor stock levels, restock displays, and keep the kiosk clean and visually appealing.
• Maintain basic records, report any issues to management, and ensure compliance with lottery and retail regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling ability.
• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
• Clear spoken English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a small kiosk.
• Flexibility to work part‑time shifts, including weekends or holidays.
