Join Sabor a España, a family‑run business that brings traditional Spanish sweets to life on the road and in stores. As the Store Manager in Gibraltar you will lead a vibrant team, ensure daily production of fresh treats, and create a lively shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coordinate the store team to meet sales targets.
• Produce traditional products on‑site (training provided).
• Report sales results and suggest improvements for store performance.
• Maintain a dynamic, energetic atmosphere that reflects the brand’s spirit.
• Manage inventory and store KPIs.

Required profile

• Enjoys selling and interacting with customers.
• Available for rotating shifts, weekends and peak‑season periods.
• Positive attitude, high energy and a desire to be part of something different.
• Leads by example and can control key performance indicators.
